Geeta and Mark Atlantis Pavillion Wedding

Things have been quite busy around here, that time of year again.

Anyways, Geeta and Mark had a great day for their wedding.

The ceremony took place in Oakville in a quaint little church by the lake.

St Andrew’s, Followed by the reception at the Atlantis Pavillion at Ontario place, in Toronto.

I think we captured the essence of this beautiful day. Geeta and Mark had told me about

having fireworks waterfall at the wedding, but with things running late as they often do,

I had left before they were set off. I hope they like the surprise picture at the end.

Special thanks to my fab assistant Yianni for all her help and convincing me to stick around

for the Grand Finale!

Enjoy!

Christine and Simon’s Wedding

When I first met Christine and she was telling me about their wedding plans,

We discovered we had something in common. We both LOVE the color green!

So a Green themed wedding as you can see from the detail shots.

The reception site; St Georges Golf and Country club, was a perfect location to

compliment the color scheme.

It was a beautiful June day, for a beautiful wedding,

and a sweet couple.

Best wishes and congratulations to you both!

Elisa and Clinton’s wedding at Liberty Grand

This last couple weeks have been so busy. The wedding season is now in full swing.

Last week was the opening of the Wedding Co’s first national photo contest,

and mini bridal show. (Check the previous post for details). It was really quite an honour winning the grand prize.

On the weekend I was at the Gallery doing a mini makeover/photo session with Carla Naylor from faces by Carla, and some really fun brides-to-be. (pics to come soon!) .

And of course June weddings!

Elisa and Clinton were married on June 1.

A beautiful day, perfect weather.

Gorgeous couple, and great location.

The Liberty Grand! and only two minutes from my studio — bonus!

Elisa was so much fun, and Clinton seemed cool as can be.

Made my job very easy.

Here are some of my favorite pics from the day.

Enjoy!

I love this shot, fathers are always so proud!

I love clean simple detail shots.  Beautiful, natural light also helps.

And of course a beautiful smile!

These two thought they could sneak a kiss when I wasn’t watching.

Well if you’ve ever worked with me, you know I am always watching! ;>)

The best shots are often moments that just happen. After years of shooting weddings these

wonderful moments still make me stop and remember why I love my job!

The Captured Moment Photography Contest, guess who won!

I have some very exiting news!
