Choosing a Wedding Photographer – A man’s perspective

The wedding photography industry has changed so much since I opened my studio 10 years ago.

With the explosion of digital imaging, it seems that just about anyone can buy a half decent camera these days

and suddenly they are a photographer. I have always believed that what makes a good photographer is not about the equipment,

It’s about the art, and knowing how to express your creative vision.  That is what you should be looking at when selecting a photographer for your wedding.

When Jessie and Susy came to see me about their big day, I had a feeling we would click. (Pun intended!)

They understand and appreciate the value of fine art photography.

They they both have great style, jessie owns and operates a custom suit shop.

He has written an excellent article on choosing a Photographer from the man’s perspective.

You can read it here.

Also they come from two culturally rich backgrounds.

Jessie is Punjabi Indian and Susy is Portuguese, and I just LOVE

photographing multicultural weddings!

I am so excited to photograph their wedding this fall.
